Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation (Pre-Dispatch)

Consumers may cancel before dispatch by emailing pitstop@simforge.in.

If accepted, refunds are processed at the scheduled ship date of the next production batch to your original payment method where possible.

Where our payment gateway charges non-refundable processing fees, those may be deducted where permitted by law.

Returns & Refunds (Post-Delivery)

Return window: request a return within 10 days of delivery by emailing boxbox@simforge.in with your order number, photos, and reason.

Returns require written authorization and an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned at your cost.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete with all accessories/documents. Refunds are issued after inspection. If items are damaged, missing, used, or not returnable, a reduced refund or rejection may apply.

Original shipping is not refundable; you pay return shipping and remain responsible until we receive the goods (use tracked/insured service). We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit to us.

Non-refundable gateway fees and any duties/taxes we cannot reclaim may be deducted where permitted by law.

Non-returnable (unless defective under mandatory law): custom/special-order items, clearance/open-box items, consumables, cut-to-length materials, downloadable software/keys, gift cards/vouchers, and spare-parts kits.

Restocking: we may deduct a restocking fee up to 15% to cover inspection/repackaging/admin (not applied to statutory defect returns where prohibited by law).
