Founded by passionate racers and engineers, our mission is to bridge the gap between real and simulation racing with durable, ergonomic, competition-ready products.
Over the years, Simforge® has been recognized in the global sim racing community for innovation and quality. Our products have been showcased at the Sim Racing Expo in Nuremberg, Germany, one of the largest international gatherings of racing simulation enthusiasts, where we earned praise for engineering excellence and user-focused design proving our commitment to pushing the boundaries of sim racing hardware.
A defining milestone in our journey was when our founder, Niranjan Ovhal, received the prestigious COVID Resilience Award at the Global Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2022, organized by Youth Business International in The Hague, Netherlands. In addition to winning in the COVID Refsilience category, he was also recognized as a finalist for the overall Young Entrepreneur of the Year award 2022.
His inspiring story of building affordable high-performance sim racing equipment in India has been featured in leading publications, including The Indian Express, Hindustan Times, and Navjeevan Express. He was also highlighted as a finalist at the official Youth Business International Summit 2022.
This recognition underscores both our founder’s vision and Simforge’s commitment to sim racing innovation — making professional-grade sim racing cockpits, pedals, and racing gear accessible and affordable for sim racing enthusiasts worldwide.
Founder's Note
A person I deeply admire, Ayrton Senna, once said in an interview with Sir Jackie Stewart
"If you no longer go for a gap that exists, you are no longer a racing driver. Because we are competing — we are competing to win. The main motivation for all of us is to compete for victory. It’s not to come 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th." This is the very ideology that drives us at Simforge when designing and building our products.
Because of Simforge, I had the extraordinary privilege of standing before Ayrton Senna’s legendary McLaren MP4/4 in Tochigi, Japan — bowing to it in true Japanese tradition as a mark of deep respect. I also had the honour of meeting his formidable rival, Alain Prost, at the Dubai Autodrome — a moment that vividly brought to life one of motorsport’s greatest rivalries, and continues to fuel my own journey of passion and inspiration.
Since 2019
The turning point came when we received crucial early-stage funding of ₹1.5 Lakhs from the BYST Trust, which helped transform Simforge from a rejected idea into a growing brand. What began as a college project in Pune has since evolved into a global company known for high-performance sim racing cockpits, pedals, and racing gear.
