Upgrade your sim racing setup with the Simforge Mark-1 Sim Racing Pedals – engineered for precision, durability, and full adjustability. Whether you’re chasing milliseconds in competitive racing or perfecting your lap times at home, these load cell sim racing pedals deliver the ultimate level of control and immersion. Crafted from 3mm carbon steel and equipped with Hall sensor technology and an 80kg load cell brake, the Mark-1 ensures that every input feels natural, consistent, and realistic.

Precision Engineering Meets Customization

The Simforge Mark-1 Pedals are designed for racers who demand both strength and adaptability. Built using 3mm precision-cut carbon steel, the pedal set maintains rock-solid stability under heavy use. Each pedal offers 14 angle adjustments, giving you the flexibility to find your perfect driving position. With the adjustable foot pad and heel plate, you can fine-tune height, width, and angle for true ergonomic comfort.

Each unit is powered by the V5 Electronics Board paired with PedalFx Calibration Software, allowing you to personalize pedal response, travel, and stiffness. Whether you prefer softer resistance for endurance races or stiffer feedback for Formula-style driving, these sim pedals can adapt perfectly to your style.

Load Cell Brake for Ultimate Realism

At the heart of the Mark-1 is its 80kg load cell brake pedal (150kg maximum capacity). It provides 24-bit resolution for unmatched braking precision, giving you the same progressive pressure feel found in real-world racing cars. The load cell pedal technology measures force rather than movement, resulting in more accurate and consistent braking – ideal for competitive sim racing and realistic practice sessions.

For added customization, the brake system includes Polyurethane bumpers in three variants – 90S, 80S, and 70S – allowing you to fine-tune resistance to your preferred stiffness. This feature makes the Mark-1 one of the best sim racing pedals for both professional eSports racers and enthusiasts alike.

Hall Sensor Technology for Throttle and Clutch

Both the accelerator and clutch pedals are fitted with Hall sensors offering 10-bit resolution. These magnetic sensors ensure smooth, linear, and wear-free input detection – providing years of reliable performance without signal degradation. Whether you’re feathering the throttle through a corner or executing precise clutch modulation, the Simforge Mark-1 Sim Pedals deliver uncompromising accuracy and response.

Advanced Adjustability and Comfort

  • 14 Adjustable Angles: Customize each pedal’s angle independently for the perfect ergonomic setup.
  • Adjustable Pedal Travel: Modify pedal travel distance across throttle, brake, and clutch to suit your preference.
  • Adjustable Heel Plate: Tune position, height, and angle for personalized comfort during long sessions.
  • Adjustable Foot Pad: Move laterally or vertically to align perfectly with your driving style.

These flexible settings make the Mark-1 one of the most versatile sim racing pedal sets available, ideal for Formula, GT, and rally setups.

Built for Performance and Longevity

Constructed from 3mm carbon steel and mounted on a 40120 aluminum profile base, the Simforge Mark-1 is engineered for maximum durability. Every pedal assembly undergoes precision testing to ensure long-term reliability and consistent feel. From the pedal faceplates to the electronics board, each component is designed to withstand thousands of race sessions without compromise.

Software Control and Fine-Tuning

The PedalFx Calibration Software allows racers to modify brake curve, dead zones, and pressure sensitivity directly through an intuitive interface. Whether you prefer a progressive feel for GT racing or a linear response for Formula setups, tuning your load cell pedals is effortless.

Combined with Simforge’s V5 electronics, these tools ensure that your inputs translate accurately into every racing simulator — from iRacing and Assetto Corsa to rFactor 2 and ACC.

I ordered these back in April and received them in May (USA). First and foremost, shoutout to the team for working (safely) through the pandemic to get orders filled. The 7896s were nicely packaged and safe during shipping. All three 7896s have a solid finish and you can tell they are built from quality materials. In terms of performance – these will blow you away. After setting them up doing a few laps, I noticed my lap times getting consistent and eventually started improving. Overall I really like the adjustability and versatility of these 7896s, you can really adjust them to your likings and their performance is on point. 10/10. Great job on these!

Ordered late April, arrived in June(the long lewd time isn’t their fault, but covid restrictions which were understandable)

These 7896s are simply great. Value for money, incredible good build quality and solid construction. I truly am satisfied with this purchase. Easily mountable, and user friendly, pretty much plug and play. My lap times were more consistent, and faster than what it ever was before.

Simforge themselves are really good with replying any questions I have regarding the 7896s and even with delivery updates.

If you’re on a budget(or not) these 7896s are probably the best at this price point. Highly recommended. Hope to see more products from them.

Ordered the 7896s in Augustus and received them in September. They give good updates about the shipping process.

The 7896s are easy to adjust, versatile and build out of quality material. After using them for a couple of weeks somehow the 7896s were not working anymore. I contacted the support and they helped me the same day although it was almost midnight for them. The have good knowledge and they knew exactly how to fix the problem. My rating for service is 10/10

I have been using my set of 7896s for two weeks and still fine tuning it as there are many adjustments that can be considered. At this stage I would say that main benefit compared to the previous set is the consistency of the lap times. I can now run in a window of 0.25secs for several laps while with the previous set it was very very hard. In terms faster lap time the gain in my case is of about 0.4sec, but for sure the muscle memory still not trained as I have been changing settings a lot.
Overall really happy, I can only advise you to get some!

So I upgraded my old Logitech DFGT wheel to a Fanatec CSL DD. My Logitech was so old that the 7896s that came with the kit used a serial port! So obviously a 7896 upgrade was necessary to pair with the CSL DD.

The obvious choice would have been the Fanatec Clubsport V3 7896s. They tie-in with the Fanatec ecosystem well and there is even a dedicated port on the back of my new wheelbase just for Fanatec 7896s. However, for a nearly identical price point, the SimForge Mk I 7896s showed up on my radar from this obscure start-up out of India that only makes this one single product. It was a tough decision to make. Fanatec is a well-regarded company that has been around for a long time. The Clubsport V3’s were the “safe bet” in terms of purchasing choices. Yet I went with the SimForge and I am very happy that I did.

    Why?

The Clubsport 7896s are probably fine. I dunno since I haven’t tried them. What they are NOT is easily configurable. The Clubsports are basically “fixed” into their current orientation with little room for flexibility when it comes to custom configuration. I’ve seen intrepid DIY’ers have a go at customizing the Clubsports on YouTube, but from watching them I learned that the V3’s definitely aren’t designed to be easily adjustable outside of their stock configuration.

The SimForge 7896s, on the other hand, are infinitely configurable by design. They can be mounted any distance apart from one another. More importantly, they can easily be adapted to an inverted orientation due to the angle adjustments on the 7896s. Personally, I think the SimForge 7896s look much cooler than the Clubsport too.

SimForge 7896s are everything that appealed to me about the Heusinkveld Sprints, except they are half the cost. At this point I am 100% satisfied with both the 7896s and the company, which has been very responsive to my inquires. Customer service has been excellent. As such, I would highly recommend these 7896s to anybody looking to upgrade to a loadcell brake setup. I think these SimForge 7896s are perfect for my needs and they will probably be the end of my upgrade chain for this particular component.

    OK here we go…
My story starts with the 7896s arriving actually 3 days earlier than initially indicated to the UK.
Ordered these 7896s back in 2021, and delivery was smooth, 7896s were well packed with enough bubble wrap to protect a whole village.
No issues there…however my issues began not a week in, where my 7896s started acting up.
“We” later figured out this was due to the board being “faulty” or underdeveloped.
“we” means me and the guys at Simforge.
It was actually a great customer experience with them, they set my 7896s up, they checked everything, even reflashed the firmware.
After the culprit was found, they sent me a new revision of the electronics board free of charge with quick delivery.
I never had to look back since, the 7896s and the board are rock solid, never had a single issue from then on.

They are not allowed to send these lubricated, so do yourself a favor and get some quality lubricant, otherwise they can get a bit squeaky.
7896s are great value for money and I never heard anyone complain about them that tried them, fantastic piece of kit.

    Update: 1 Year Review

I’ve had Mark 1 7896s with the old electronic board for over a year now,, and I figured it was time to revisit my review and talk about longevity – and how they have fared with hard use over the course of a year… and….I still love them. In the past year, I’ve made updates to my Sim Racing Rig, new DD motor, new wheel, new shifter, new handbrake, but the 7896s have remained the same.

The Mark 1 7896s still feel solid, the braking, acceleration and clutch still feel consistent and I have not had to make any adjustments or tinker with any settings. Every once in a while, I will have to recalibrate using the DiView software but it’s nothing crazy. The 7896s have been through heavy usage and have consistently performed. In fact, my lap times are still improving.

Shout out to SimForge for making a great product! I’m looking forward to seeing what else they come out with in the future! Still 10/10.

First I have to say a big Thanks! I can’t say enough good things about these 7896s. They replaced a set of CSPV1’s with Bodnar electronics (because the original went bad) and they are sooo much better. The throttle and brake are very linear in iRacing. Much better throttle and brake control. The adjustability as awesome. The build quality is outstanding. The packaging was great as well. Software is easy to set up. I highly recommend these to anyone.
